No one from Middle East?
I can only tell you what PayPal has in the invoices. Some of the address are blank. I remember some from the Middle East a few years ago. I didn’t have that info for previous tweak guide versions like for Windows 7. I’m amazed at the number of users from areas where English is not the primary language!
