Go to Windows Update and choose Check for updates > if you don’t see it the go to the Download Windows 10 site choose Windows 10 November 2021 Update(You can download a full 21H2 install media too.) > double-click to run the file you just downloaded.
That is exactly what the update file does. It downloaded the 3.8GB install media and installed it.
