Running Tails in a virtual machine (if you want the full security of Tails, only run it from an iso or usb stick)
I have GeForce GTX 1050Ti, and I am looking at the list of what’s Fixed in the PDF of Release notes. Is that enough to know if I need to go ahead and update it or not? Because if a vulnerability discovered, it would be listed there? Thank you.
The release notes from the last version mentioned a security update (page 4). I don’t know why this wouldn’t if there was one.
The Security Bulletin clearly states, “All versions prior to 461.09” for Windows which was the last version.
Thanks, Eric, so every time I have to look at the https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5142 ?
So this time also I am affected and need to update, right?
I would only do it if the release notes say there was a security issue fixed
Release notes and also Security Bulletin, the link you mentioned. Right? I did a mistake updating to this version, while I had the last version,
461.09.
Again thanks for your input Eric.
