Tucker Carlson: We understand there’s a shortage of medical masks. Stop lying to us and tell the truth
“So look, we understand there’s a shortage of masks. We understand only certain people should get them because it’s a triage moment. We get it. But stop lying to us. It makes us cynical. It divides the country. Tell the truth. We can handle it.”

“Is it cold in here, Or is it just you”
Fantastic country artist. His hits are like a walk through the 90’s for me.

If you want his greatest hits get this one: Joe Diffie – 16 Biggest Hits. There is a newer one but they are rerecorded stuff.

So here’s to all the soldiers
Who have ever died in vain
The insane locked up in themselves
The homeless down on Main
To those who stand on empty shores
And spit against the wind
And those who wait forever
For ships that don’t come in.

Hello Eric, its great to hear from you. Sorry for the late congrats, With the Covid-19 stuff, things have been wild where I am at( My state is in a partial lock-down) . I was really heart broken also about Joe Diffie, I listened to him a lot when I was younger. Always love Pickup Man and Prop Me Up. Good Guy and Awesome singer gone way to soon.
I also checked out your digital music collection, Nice GB’s of music you have, What format of choice for you do you think is the best and why. For me I am torn between M4A and FLAC. Love FLAC for making backups, and I think M4A has better sound to it, but that is just IMHO.
Hope you have a great week. π
Eric (a.k.a. TweakHound) says
Hey Allen. I use FLAC. As i understand it,
FLAC is a codec and M4A is a container. It (m4a) can contain either lossy (like AAC) or lossless (like Apple lossless).
I listen to my music in my truck, through simple speakers, or through headphones. These aren’t environments where the “quality” of sound is super important. I’m less concerned with the supposed “quality” of what I listen to now than I am with having it down the road. Future-proofing I guess.
Allen says
Oops, I had the two mixed up. Thank you for the correction. π I tend to use my phone for my music and headset when I work out and to unwind at times, So m4a for me is lossy. But I use dbpoweramp and I have to say that program is awesome for aac. For my car, I am working on getting a aftermarket radio to install and some decedent new speakers. Nothing top of the line, but better then stock. π
Never a bad idea of Future-proofing π and as long that you enjoy your music, that is what really matters π
