Windows 7 – 10 all have patches. 49 issues are addressed and eight of them are critical.
I don’t have time to do a proper post so see:

Have two Lenovo desktops with Windows 7 Professional that have reached end of life. The setups on these machines, while nothing esoteric or super sophisticated, have met my needs for many years now and I have no desire to change operating systems. So this raises lots of questions:
1. If I upgrade two Windows 10, will the existing installed applications remain or will I have to reinstall lots of things?
2. Is the look and feel of Windows 10 significantly different from Windows 7?
3. Is there an anti-virus/anti-malware application that is best suited for extending the life of Windows 7?
4. Are there any worthwhile options for extending the life of Windows 7?
Your thoughts on the matter will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
