Eric, I am curious as to why you use portable versions of a lot of this type of software. I think I know the answer, but want your opinion.
Eric (a.k.a. TweakHound)says
1 – The portable versions usually don’t try to install unwanted software
2 – Most change/update often and since they don’t require installation why bother? Keeps your OS partition smaller and cleaner.
It does annoy me when Samsung, a major world company throttles people’s downloads like that.
I run with AMD GPU/CPU and no longer purchase their SSDs.
Hey Eric , hi from Greece! I would like to bring this to your attention in case you have missed it
