Seems to work for me. Voted closed and reopened browser all is good.
I voted several times on two browsers. While I didn’t get an error message, the vote totals never changed. I think it’s working for me.

seems to be working – voted and it ‘counted’ it and shows results. A reload and I can vote but it isn’t counted again – same results.

but is it actually counting your vote? does the number change?
Seems to work for me also. Tried voting three times and the numbers of votes stayed constant at 65 so I am assuming that the last two were ignored.
Just checked with FF, FF Private Browsing, Edge (washes mouth out) and TOR
In all cases (except TOR) I can vote again and again, but the total does not increase. Voting on the TOR browser, the count increases (as you would expect)
So its behaving correctly as far as I can tell
