IMHO the Win10 Fall Creators Update was/is a giant waste of time and effort. It delivered nothing useful for the end user and caused headaches for many. FCU could have been delivered as a standard roll-up instead of a full system reset. There will be no changes to the Tweaking Windows 10. There is only one change to Windows 10 Privacy Settings and that is the screenshot to my O&O Shutup10 settings:

On my Dell Inspiron 1100 Laptop it took a massive 10 hours to download and install. Repeated failed attempts from Window’s Update and then, finally, success after running Window’s Update Troubleshooter on numerous occasions. Unbelievable and, what did I get in return? Not much except for some nice colorful ducks in Paint 3D and one massive migraine. I’ve now got all my machines running on metered connections because I don’t intend to go through all of that again.
I have a questions- In your screenshot you left 1 setting in Privacy and 2 in app Privacy “off” – is there a specific reason?
