As I mentioned back in March I bought 2 Galaxy S7’s via a By One Get One promo. The BOGO involved a $672 rebate. I never got it.

Happy ending! I got the rebate today.

Received: July 30
Promised prior to rebate: “8-10 weeks”
Promised after submitting rebate info: “after 45 days of service”
It took 129 days, or 18 weeks and 3 days… and 3 “escalations”… and 2 forum posts… and 1 site post.
So it looks like Verizon is looking to supplant Comcast as the most hated company in America. lol
How about a Class Action Lawsuit?
Not big on those but I would join if asked. Usually the little guy winds up with pennies on the dollar.
No longer a phone owner here, this May it was three years w/o a phone. I managed to survive all of those adult years w/o a phone, for business at one time I used a pager.
