If you haven’t received the Threshold 2 (Fall Update) via Windows Update you can:
1 – Wait on it. It is a “rolling release” meaning it will show up eventually.
2 – Go to the Windows 10 download page.
Scroll down to the Download Tool Button and click it. Once downloaded, double-click MediaCreationTool.exe.
– Run it and choose Upgrade this PC now
3 – Download TH2 via the instructions here: Download Windows 10 TH2 ISO And Create Media
– Extract it with 7-Zip
– Click setup.exe
If You Haven’t Received The TH2 Update…
I couldn’t wait so I downloaded the iso and did a clean install this morning. Took 10 minutes via USB stick.
Ok the Upgrade this PC now worked for me… Not sure why the ISO and/or USB failed.. Anyway thanks Eric!
