Windows 10 SP1 Out In November
Oh, they aren’t calling it a “service pack” but make no mistake, Threshold 2 (TH2) is a service pack.
You see, they can’t call it a service pack because they’ve been telling us that SP’s are dead.
I prefer a SP over the full reload that all the Windows Insiders have been seeing. But I wonder, does this make us chumps?

About That New York Times Amazon Article
A few months ago, NYT wrote a scathing article about Amazon’s workplace environment. Apparently it was all B.S.
“The Times got attention for their story, but in the process they did a disservice to readers, who deserve better. The next time you see a sensationalistic quote in the Times like “nearly every person I worked with, I saw cry at their desk”, you might wonder whether there’s a crucial piece of context or backstory missing — like admission of fraud — and whether the Times somehow decided it just wasn’t important to check.“
Nobody should accept the stories about the horrors at Amazon (or Apple or Google etc.) as gospel. But they also shouldn’t blindly accept a rebuttal by the “Senior Vice President for Global Corporate Affairs at Amazon” and a Presidential-level professional spin doctor. It’s wise to never jump to conclusions whether it’s the tech world, politics, Hollywood, sports, police shootings, or waitresses who supposedly get nasty messages on a receipt.
