In the past I’ve created seperate articles for nearly every Windows built-in backup options.
I’m not doing it this time because the page hits just aren’t worth the effort.

the options are nearly identical to Windows 8 (and Windows 7).

Most settings can be found in Settings > Update & Security > Backup or Restore
or
Control Panel > Backup and Restore (Windows7) and/or File History and/or Recovery
Create A Recovery Drive
Press the Windows + R keys > type (or copy/paste) RecoveryDrive.exe and press the Enter key.
For flash drive, uncheck Back up system files to the recovery drive.
Create A Recovery Disc
Insert blank CD/DVD > Press the Windows + R keys > type (or copy/paste) recdisc and press the Enter key.
System Restore
Create A Restore Point:
Press the Windows + R keys > type (or copy/paste) SystemPropertiesProtection.exe and press the Enter key.
Restore
Press the Windows + R keys > type (or copy/paste) rstrui.exe and press the Enter key.
Commands to get there:
SystemPropertiesProtection.exe
control.exe sysdm.cpl,,4
%SystemRoot%\system32\rstrui.exe
