Create a Recovery Drive
***Important Note – Windows 8.1 RTM seems to have removed the ability to create a recovery CD/DVD completely.
The “Create a system repair disc with a CD or DVD instead” link is missing.
You must use a USB key for this.
I am assuming Windows 8 (not 8.1) recovery CD/DVD will still work.
